Perfect for solo travelers seeking comfort
I loved how accommodating the owners were, I mean they let me borrow an umbrella when the weather turned ugly, and the breakfast was just amazing. I felt like royalty having a delicious vegan full English made just for me each morning, topping it off with the most scrumptious cooked mushrooms.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but definitely worth it for the experience.

Super comfy stay, amazing brekkie
Had an awesome time here! The breakfast was delish with loads of options, and my room was really cozy. Mark and Lyndsay were super friendly and helpful about everything. Just felt like the bathroom was kinda tight for space, but not a big deal. Loved that I could work quietly in the dining room too!

Cozy, cozy, cozy.
I felt completely at home in my Triple or Double Room with Bathroom. Everything was meticulously clean, and I loved how Mark and Lindsay took the time to know my family's needs, arranging a private room for our teen. The breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the homemade croissants that were pure perfection!
do recommend 🥐❤️

I had a wonderful time at Crossways. The warm hospitality from Mark and Lyndsey made me feel right at home. I especially loved the cozy single room that overlooked their lovely garden. Fresh milk in the fridge and a wide selection of teas were delightful touches. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and substantial. I was a bit put off by the external bathroom situation. it’s next door, which felt inconvenient. The shower pressure was low, which made it less enjoyable. the generous bathrobe provided made it manageable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, but I did notice some traffic noise at times. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a charming getaway.
